We are a fast-growing commercial team at Alytic AS, seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our expansion. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you'll be responsible for supporting client relationships, assisting with onboarding, tracking customer engagement, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Our team is spread across Oslo, Berlin, and London offices, working together to deliver exceptional results. As a Business Development Manager, you'll have the opportunity to join a collaborative environment that fosters continuous growth and improvement.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Managing inbound queries via CRM and email, ensuring timely responses and accurate customer records.
  • Proactively reaching out to clients for contract renewals, supporting retention and recurring revenue growth.
  • Coordinating interactions between clients and our analyst team, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Supporting onboarding of new clients, helping them quickly access the value of Alytic AS's solutions.
  • Engaging with clients via online meetings and at in-person events.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently.
