Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough research to identify potential leads, engaging with prospects through various communication channels to schedule meetings, maintaining and updating the CRM with accurate lead information, collaborating with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies, and actively participating in training and development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong motivation and eagerness to learn - no prior sales experience required
  • Resilience - a positive attitude in the face of rejection
  • Excellent organizational skills - ability to track leads and follow up consistently
  • Confident communication skills - comfortable speaking with potential customers and building relationships
  • Experience with LinkedIn, email, or CRM tools is a plus but not mandatory
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English (Norwegian required)
  • Based in Oslo (hybrid work environment with a preference for in-person presence)
