Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our team in the Oslo region. The successful candidate will have 4+ years of sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, or healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect new customers, understand their needs, and provide ongoing service to existing customers.
  • Plan and implement sales strategies, conduct negotiations with surgeons and hospital administrators.
  • Prepare orders for interested customers and work closely with the Trauma team members.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience in MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, or healthcare.
  • Degree or equivalent in business, physiotherapy, nursing, healthcare, or relevant areas.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, proficiency in Norwegian and English.
