Customer Sales and Service Representative

This role involves providing direct support to Branch Operations Managers and Sales Representatives in developing existing and prospective LGG Industrial customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining 100% commitment to safety policies, partnering with Sales Representatives to provide sales quotes, and processing incoming inquiries into the company sales system.

Key responsibilities include achieving budgeted Branch sales goals, assisting A/R personnel in creating new accounts, and coordinating with Sales Representatives and Branch management to keep account activities updated.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, ability to interact with customers and team members professionally, and basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, internet, and email.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, provide technical/service support to account management, branch management, and internal and external customers.
