Main Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
- Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, noting down action points, and follow-ups
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with project management and operational tasks as needed
- Oversee document control and expense reporting
- Plan and coordinate events
- Monitor, prioritize, and manage emails, calls, and other communications
- Supervise office management tasks, including supplies and vendor coordination
Requirements
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or from a similar role
- Education in organizational management, administration, or other relevant fields is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
