Your MissionWe are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to lead the engagement with key Commercial customers in the Norwegian market. To ensure your success, you will join a talented team of sales professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Focus on delivering outstanding client experiences, identifying new business opportunities, and establishing trusted relationships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with CXO-level decision-makers across IT and various lines of business.
- Own, develop, and lead the Cisco Account Management Business Plan.
- Plan and execute a sales strategy to meet agreed-upon objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with a supportive extended sales team and subject-matter experts on various client projects.
- Partner with the Cisco Partner team to drive the strategy and delivery of new solutions and incremental value.
- Deliver accurate business metrics, monthly forecasts, weekly commitments, and pipeline development reports.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience for entering an account management role.
- A team player who excels in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, taking ownership of the sales lifecycle.
- Ambitious and results-driven, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive customer success.
- Exceptional skills in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders, driving demand generation, and developing business relationships.
