The Job
We are seeking a highly motivated Researcher in Genomics and Epigenetics to join our team. As a researcher, you will work closely with our group of wet-lab researchers and computational biologists to identify Sarcoma weaknesses by combining knowledge about genetic alterations and epigenetic aberrations. You will be responsible for developing open-source functionalities to analyze chromatin and epigenetics data, ensuring high accessibility, interoperability, and reproducibility.

Your Profile
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in genomics and epigenetics, as well as experience in high-throughput sequencing data analysis. You should also have proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or bash, and excellent communication skills in English. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and in a team environment.
