
Norway-based Sales Leader for Human Capital Management Solutions

Role Summary:
This role is responsible for leading the sales efforts for SAP SuccessFactors in Norway. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to drive revenue growth and expansion.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluent in English and Norwegian.
