We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager Norway to join our team at TN Norway.
About the Role:The Customer Success Manager Norway will be responsible for leading the negotiation process with customers, creating and executing plans to drive profitable sales growth & pricing, guiding customers to implement solutions through fact-based presentations, completing new product launches, executing agreements with customers, managing trade budgets, and providing customer with category information.
Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will have a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, 4+ Years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Category, Finance etc. preferably for Fast Moving Consumer Good Industries, a good understanding of the market dynamics of price, campaigns, assortment and space, experience from negotiations, analytic skills and interests, and great communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
