**Job Description:**

As a highly motivated and results-driven professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across all GEA Food Application Solution products targeted at customers in Norway. This entails identifying opportunities, leading negotiations, executing sales strategies, and maximizing customer satisfaction, revenue, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to drive business growth and achieve targets.
  • Provide input to Nordic Sales Management regarding forecast and participate in weekly Nordic Teams meetings to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Promote equipment sales and profitability by effectively leveraging Product Specialists and other GEA resources to deliver exceptional results.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate should have direct experience and/or a strong professional understanding of the food application industry. They should exhibit an outgoing, honest, and straightforward personality, skilled at establishing strong relationships with customers and colleagues across the organization, both locally and internationally. Moreover, they should demonstrate an ability to navigate diverse environments and collaborate effectively with various companies, locations, and cultures.

We Are Looking For:

  • A proven sales track record of selling capital goods, with a strong external sales-oriented personality and team-player skills.
  • A professional education as Food Technologist, Engineer or similar with solid sales experience, preferably in the food application industry.
