We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to join our legal team. In this dynamic, global environment, you will play a crucial role in supporting our rapidly expanding business. As a process-oriented administrator reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks, with a particular focus on streamlining our contracting process to enhance efficiency and timeliness.

Role & Responsibilities:

Contract Management: Manage our contracting process in collaboration with our lawyers as well as a wide variety of commercial and business team stakeholders worldwide. Business Records: Manage the retention and organization of business records, locating and providing information as needed to support critical business processes. Legal Processes: Support Opera's lawyers in carrying out compliance, due diligence and regulatory activities. General Admin: Facilitate as needed signatures, notarization, apostille, couriers, and the like.

Job Requirements:

Proficiency in English, both oral and written;A university or college degree, as well as significant digital literacy (Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based systems); 3+ years of relevant work experience in an administrative or similar position;Attention to detail and the ability to work in a structured and organized manner;The capacity to work independently -- proactively identifying and completing tasks; andA friendly, outgoing ability to work with stakeholders from a wide variety of cultures.
An Ideal Candidate's Profile:

Candidates with international experience, legal industry experience, and/or experience working with Salesforce or Workday are particularly welcome to apply.
