Om stillingen:

Som Business Development Manager i Strategic Deals vil du spille en sentral rolle i å bygge og utvide partnerskap med enterprise-kunder hvor du er den trusted advisor. Du vil være en del av Iver sitt sentrale Strategic Deals Team, og drive salgsprosessen innen vår enterprise satsning. Sammen med teamet vil du være lead på de store casene og bygge relasjon til nye kunder. Du vil utarbeide forretningscaser, analysere markedet og vertikalene vi jobber mot. Du er en viktig ressurs i våre vekstplaner. I tillegg skal du sikre effektiv håndtering av pipeline, og sørge for at vi etablerer de gode partnerskapene for vekst og langsiktige kunderelasjoner.

Arbeidsoppgaver inkluderer:

  • Salgsprosesser: Eie hele salgsprosessen, fra første kontakt til signering med systematisk oppfølging av pipeline. Jobbe tett med BID teamet og lede salgsprosessen.
  • Forretningsutvikling: Utarbeide forretningscaser, analysere markedet og utarbeide strategiske planer for vekst.
  • Dokumentasjon og rapportering: Sikre at salgsprosessene er godt dokumentert gjennom CRM-oppdateringer og bidra til gode SWAT analyser.
  • Forhandlinger: Delta i strategiske forhandlinger med nye og eksisterende kunder.
  • Relasjonsbygging: Bygge sterke relasjoner med beslutningstakere på VP-, EVP- og C-suite-nivå.

Kvalifikasjoner:

For å lykkes i rollen tror vi at du har erfaring med enterprise-salg i IT-bransjen fra Norske/Skandinaviske enterprise selskap. Du må være trygg på at du er en trusted advisor og kunne dokumentert suksess innen B2B-salg, forretningsutvikling, med fokus på komplekse salgsprosesser og langsiktige forhandlinger.

  • Proaktiv tilnærming: Evne til å være handlekraftig og forberedt til forhandlinger og pitches.
  • Språk: Flytende i norsk og engelsk.
  • SSA: Erfaring med og god kjennskap til SSA rammeverket. Stor fordel om man har deltatt i større caser hvor man har aktivt bidratt i avtaleutarbeidelsen sammen med BID-ressurser.
