Som Technical Sales Lead vil du være bindeleddet mellom kunden og våre tekniske løsninger. Du vil bruke din tekniske forståelse og analytiske evne til å identifisere og presentere løsninger som møter komplekse krav. Rollen krever tett samarbeid med både kunder, interne team og eksterne partnere for å sikre at vi leverer høy kvalitet i alle ledd av prosessen.

Du vil være ansvarlig for å:

  • Analysere kundens behov og utvikle tekniske løsningsforslag som adresserer deres utfordringer.
  • Utarbeide og presentere tilbud og anbudsbesvarelser i samarbeid med kolleger og partnere.
  • Koordinere tekniske aspekter av salgsprosessen på tvers av interne team og eksterne leverandører.
  • Bygge og vedlikeholde sterke relasjoner med kunder gjennom profesjonell rådgivning og oppfølging.
  • Representere Airbus i internasjonale salgsprosesser og bidra til å styrke vår posisjon i markedet.

For å lykkes i rollen ser vi for oss at du har:

  • Teknisk utdanning innen IT, kommunikasjonsteknologi eller et annet relevant fagfelt.
  • Erfaring fra teknisk rådgivning, pre-sales eller lignende roller der teknisk innsikt har vært en nøkkelfaktor.
  • Kompetanse innen nettverksinfrastruktur, sikkerhet eller kommunikasjonsløsninger.
  • Evne til å balansere teknisk dybde med kundens forretningsbehov og bidra strategisk i prosessene.
  • Gode kommunikasjonsevner, både muntlig og skriftlig, på norsk og engelsk.
  • Strukturert arbeidsstil og evne til å levere under press i komplekse prosjekter.
  • Mulighet til å bli sikkerhetsklarert til Hemmelig / NATO Secret.

Det er fordelaktig, men ikke avgjørende om du har erfaring fra forsvars- eller sikkerhetssektoren, og har kjennskap til anbudsprosesser og internasjonale kunder.
