I denne rollen får du muligheten til å Identifisere nye kunder, bygge langsiktige relasjoner og selge innovative digitale løsninger. Du elsker salg, er vant til å ta mange samtaler, og vet at et høyt tempo gir flere møter – og flere møter gir flere salg. Som en av våre første selgere i Norge vil du jobbe tett med vår svenske CEO og få stor påvirkning på strategien og veksten i det norske markedet.
Om rollen
Som Sales Executive i Digmi vil du:
- Identifisere og kontakte nye kunder – nå ut til skjønnhetssalonger og frisører over hele Norge.
- Gjennomføre fysiske og digitale salgsmøter – bygge relasjoner og vise hvordan Digmi kan hjelpe kundene.
- Forstå kundens behov og skreddersy løsninger med Digmis digitale tjenester.
- Drive salgsprosessen fra første kontakt til signert avtale.
- Jobbe tett med Digmis svenske CEO for å utvikle og tilpasse strategien i Norge.
- Være en nøkkelperson i vår ekspansjon – du får stor frihet og mulighet til å påvirke vår satsning.
- Samarbeide med leverandører og strategiske partnere for å styrke tilbudet til kundene.
Hvem er du?
- Du elsker salg og forretningsutvikling og har erfaring med B2B-salg.
- Du trives med å ta telefonen og kontakte nye kunder – kalde samtaler skremmer deg ikke.
- Du har erfaring fra SaaS, tech eller digitale løsninger, gjerne innen retail eller e-handel.
- Du er en dyktig relasjonsbygger som skaper tillit raskt.
- Du er selvstendig, målrettet og løsningsorientert.
- Du liker høyt tempo og har et sterkt konkurranseinstinkt.
- Du kommuniserer flytende på norsk og engelsk.
Det er en fordel hvis du har:
- Erfaring med å selge POS, SoftPOS eller digital signage.
- Tidligere erfaring med å bygge opp et nytt marked.
- Kunnskap om AI-baserte salgsprosesser og CRM-systemer.

- Sted: Oslo, med mulighet for reiser.
- Lønn: Fast grunnlønn + provisjon etter avtale.
- Start: Etter avtale.
