Newcode.ai ble etablert for fire år siden og revolusjonerer måten organisasjoner integrerer kunstig intelligens i sine daglige arbeidsflyter. Plattformen vår er designet for å skreddersy AI-løsninger for å møte spesifikke organisatoriske behov. Våre kunder inkluderer tre av Norges største advokatfirmaer, og statlige organisasjoner i Norge. Vårt mål er å integrere kunstig intelligens i våre kunders daglige arbeidsflyt og redusere tiden det tar å utføre ulike oppgaver.

Vi søker en dynamisk og allsidig person til å bli en del av teamet vårt som et tidlig medlem av vår Customer Success and Operations-avdeling. I denne rollen vil du bidra til å etablere vår Customer Success-funksjon i Norge, Europa og USA. Du vil onboarde, lære opp og støtte et bredt spekter av kunder, fra advokatfirmaer til offentlige organisasjoner.

Ansvarsområder:
  • Forbedre brukeropplevelsen på newcode-plattformen (interaksjonsdesign, kartlegg brukerreisen, design wireframes).
  • Onboarding, opplæring og støtte kunder i å ta i bruk Newcode.ai-plattformen.
  • Være med på å forme hvordan vi betjener kundene våre og fremmer adopsjonssuksess.
  • Bli en produkt- og domeneekspert for å gjøre det mulig for kundene å maksimere plattformens potensial.
  • Du trives i et oppstartsmiljø med høyt tempo og kan bære flere hatter.
  • Du kan skrive user requirements og oppfølging med kunder.
