Mit unserer SaaS-Lösung haben wir innerhalb kürzester Zeit in der gesamten DACH-Region eine hohe Nachfrage erzeugt. Die cloud-basierte Plattform verbindet Immobilienkunden, Bauträger, Bauunternehmen und Baustoffhändler und bietet viele Vorteile für alle Stakeholder.

Durch unseren Zusammenschluss mit Rubus - dem Marktführer in Skandinavien - haben wir das größte Unternehmen seiner Art in Europa etabliert, das durch die Verbindung des starken Know-hows aus der DACH-Region und Skandinavien eine einzigartige Marktstellung einnimmt. Zu unseren Kunden zählen die größten Bauunternehmen Europas, darunter Pandion, Züblin, ECE und Peab. Mit Büros in Bergen, Oslo, Stockholm und Hamburg beschäftigen wir derzeit rund 30 Mitarbeiter.

Für unsere weitere Expansion suchen wir eine motivierte Vertriebspersönlichkeit, um unser Vertriebsteam in Hamburg zu stärken.


Deine Rolle:

Als Account Executive (m/w/d) bist Du maßgeblich für den Ausbau unserer Kundenbasis in der DACH-Region verantwortlich. Mit Fokus auf die Neukundenakquise betreust Du den gesamten Sales Cycle und berätst Bauunternehmen und Bauträger bei der Auswahl unserer Softwarelösungen.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Neukundenakquise: Du vertrittst die bau digital Vision einer digitalisierten Immobilienbranche bei Kundenbesuchen sowie auf Messen und Konferenzen
  • Sales Cycle Verantwortung: Selbstständige Begleitung des gesamten Verkaufsprozesses – von der Angebotserstellung bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss.
  • Bedarfsermittlung und Beratung: Du identifizierst die Herausforderungen unserer Kunden und erklärst, wie sie bau digital in ihrer täglichen Arbeit einsetzen können, um Wohnungskäufer zu begeistern und die Customer Journey zu optimieren
  • Bestandskundenbetreuung: Pflege und Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen und Unterstützung bei der Optimierung ihrer Prozesse.
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse: Beobachtung des Marktes zur Anpassung unserer Vertriebsstrategien
Das bringst du mit:
  • Erfahrung: Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im Bereich der Bau- oder Immobilienbranche.
  • Kundenorientierung: Kommunikationsstärke und ein hoher Anspruch an die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden.
  • Verhandlungskompetenz und starkes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse der Kunden.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Teamfähigkeit: Du bist gerne Teil eines dynamischen, motivierten und internationalen Teams
