Som Principal Commercial Manager har du ansvaret for flere produktgrupper og merkevareleverandører/prinsipaler på det norske dagligvare-, parfymeri- og apotekmarkedet. Dette innebærer merkevareansvar, herunder økonomi, utvikling, samt sikre vekst og lønnsomhet for vår merkevareportefølje og våre prinsipaler. Stillingen rapporterer til Markedssjef.
Vår nye Principal Commercial Manager må ønske å vokse i og med selskapet og vil ha ansvar for følgende:
- Resultatansvar for egne budsjetter og for det totale økonomiske forholdet til prinsipal
- Daglig oppfølging og rapportering mot prinsipal/merkevareleverandør
- Analysere egen portefølje, konkurrenter og markedet generelt
- Utarbeide og iverksette markedsstrategier og planer
- Produktlanseringer fra start til implementering
- Kampanje og aktivitetsplanlegging, implementering og evaluering
- Sikre økt fokus på egne produkter gjennom salgsfremmende arbeid mot kontaktpunkter internt og eksternt
Rett kandidat har forståelse for bransjen og erfaring med aktører på leverandør og/eller kjedesiden. Du har en sterk forretningsforståelse og evner å identifisere nye markedsmuligheter, planlegge aktiviteter og iverksette handlinger. For å lykkes i rollen må du ha gjennomslagskraft for dine ideer, være en naturlig relasjonsbygger og fokusert på å skape resultater sammen med andre. Videre er struktur, gode kommunikasjonsegenskaper og evne til å bygge gode relasjoner internt og eksternt avgjørende for å lykkes. Rett kandidat har stor arbeidskapasitet, bruker analyse som beslutningsverktøy, og er fleksibel og mulighetsorientert. Sist, men ikke minst, du har en positiv holdning – vi skal ha det gøy på jobb
Vi ser etter deg som har høyere utdanning innen salg/markedsføring, økonomi eller lignende. Du har minimum 3 års arbeidserfaring fra liknende rolle, og erfaring med dagligvare er et krav. Rett kandidat har god tallforståelse og er dreven med Office-produktene, fortrinnsvis Excel.
