Lead Our Culinary Team as an Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Nordic Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
  • Develop and implement new menu concepts and recipes
  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and scheduling
  • Collaborate with our Director of Food and Beverage to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Fluency in English or a Scandinavian language
