Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Lead Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for generating revenue and leading a team of sales colleagues.
This position requires a unique combination of business acumen and sales skills. You will play a critical role in our international expansion plans and contribute to the growth of our Norwegian operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Intelligence:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends;
- Collaborate with senior management to develop market strategies and identify business priorities;
- Develop forecasts to guide business decisions.
- Coach and motivate sales team members to achieve their targets;
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth;
- Manage and close sales deals while maintaining a strong customer relationship;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities;
- Monitor and report on key sales metrics.
- A degree in business, economics, or a related field;
- Strong sales and leadership skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change;
- Fluency in Norwegian and English.
