About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Associate to support developing and executing growth strategies for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with experienced growth strategists to develop and execute business development plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Contribute to developing strategic business cases related to product, price, distribution or marketing/brand strategies.

  2. Support the execution of growth initiatives focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  3. Help team with project execution to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.

  4. Assist in creating presentations and dashboards for client and dentsu leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Up to 3 years of experience in business analytics, management consulting or a related field (internships or other growth-related roles are a plus).

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data and research into actionable insights, and a keen interest in data-driven decision-making.

  • Basic understanding of marketing, growth, and customer acquisition strategies – or a strong desire to learn.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills in English, with a proactive and collaborative approach.

  • A curious, self-driven mindset with a strong desire for continuous growth in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
