HUGO BOSS is seeking a skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the BOSS Store in Oslo. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, managing store operations, and exceeding productivity targets.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with team members on store performance metrics.
- Support the Store Manager in staff recruitment, training, and development initiatives.
- Regularly review store performance and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain high standards of store operations.
- In the absence of the Store Manager, take charge of personnel management.
As a suitable candidate, you should possess:
- A strong sales track record with experience in a similar role within the fashion industry.
- A results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
- Linguistic proficiency in Norwegian and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of SAP and SameSystem is an asset.
