This role is responsible for developing and implementing our patient access strategy in Norway. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in navigating complex market situations.

About the Role

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a patient access strategy in Norway, aligned with global and local priorities.

    ">
  2. Lead a team of market access associates, including value and access managers, pricing and tender managers, and external affairs managers.

    ">
  3. Builid and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Norwegian reimbursement authorities and healthcare providers.

    ">
  4. Stay up to date on local health policy trends and competitor activity.

    ">

Requirements

">

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

">

A postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as pharmacy, health policy, or business administration.

">

Relevant Market Access experience and Team leadership experience.

">

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
