About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our AWS EMEA Sarl (Norway Branch) team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and use of AWS services, providing strategic technical guidance, and advocating for customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, including troubleshooting and incident management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including senior leadership
Requirements
  • 3+ years of technical engineering experience in operational parameters and troubleshooting for one or more of the following: Compute / Storage / Networking / CDN / Databases / DevOps / Big Data and Analytics / Security / Applications Development in a distributed systems environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Math/related discipline required, OR 5 years of equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years experience in Informational Technology operations Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience
  • Fluency in English (Norwegian will be a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of technical engineering experience Experience in operational parameters and troubleshooting for two or more of the following: Compute / Storage / Networking / CDN / Databases / DevOps / Big Data and Analytics / Security / Applications Development in a distributed systems environment
  • Professional oral and written communication skills, presenting to an audience containing one or more decision maker(s)
  • Experience with cloud offerings
  • Norwegian Language
