We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM Solution Consultant to join our team at The Cloud People. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting ITOM suite engagements during the presales, design, and implementation stages.
Key Responsibilities- Lead full lifecycle ITOM implementations, with specialization and certifications in Configuration Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow ITOM solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices and standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing expert guidance on ITOM solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of ITOM solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow ITOM features and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
- 6+ years of ServiceNow related experience.
- Excellent ITOM business domain understanding, with the ability to translate theoretical concepts and client requirements into practical solutions that deliver value.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, development, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and experience working with a diverse team.
- General IT-infrastructure competence and understanding.
- Strong communication, presentation, and report writing skills.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum development approaches.
