In this role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting, scheduling remote meetings with potential and existing customers, and identifying customer requirements. We're looking for someone who can naturally close sales, leveraging strong consultative and negotiation skills.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect within a defined book of business and schedule remote meetings with potential and existing customers to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare thoroughly for each sales call, focusing on pre-meeting preparation, overcoming objections, and post-meeting follow-up.
  • Identify customer requirements and match them to appropriate Iron Mountain solutions through consultative selling.
  • Facilitate contract renewals by supporting engagement efforts, addressing concerns, and collaborating with renewal teams to retain at-risk customers.
What You'll Need

We're looking for someone with full professional Norwegian and English language skills, along with strong consultative and negotiation skills, ability to qualify opportunities, and proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce), social media platforms, and analytical data to drive growth.
