Enterprise Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Manager to join our Field Sales Operations organization. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for developing strategies to prioritize and target key opportunities in assigned territories. Your primary objective will be to initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Large Enterprise prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic account plans for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure alignment.
- Negotiate deals with C-Suite Executives to close opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud based ERP / HCM / Financial / Planning / or Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position.
- Experience collaborating with internal teams (pre-sales, value, inside sales) to achieve quota and run multiple deals at once.
