Our services include value-added distribution, business consulting, and channel enablement, supporting leading technology manufacturers and their channel partners serving commercial and government markets.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our sales team in Oslo, Norway.
As a Product Specialist at Arrow, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying future leads, and building long-lasting relationships with key vendors. You will collaborate closely with IBM locally and in Europe, sharing tasks with our Inside Sales team in Tallin.
This position requires a proactive and easy-going individual with extensive knowledge and experience in IT and a genuine passion for new technologies. The successful candidate should possess strong marketing and business planning skills, along with a true entrepreneurial spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically align Arrow ECS services and values with customers' business objectives.
- Pursue sales targets through effective solution presentation, offer creation, pipeline development, and opportunity follow-up.
- Nurture close cooperation with vendors to ensure that Arrow ECS achieves its targets.
- Design and implement internal processes to deliver exceptional services.
- Foster collaborative teamwork and cooperation within the team.
- Oversee the entire sales process from quoting to cash collection.
- Identify new prospects and partners.
- Establish expertise in IBM and Red Hat solutions.
- Manage the IBM Build program and contract management.
- Develop adaptability and proficiency in new processes.

- Proven success in business development with modern hybrid cloud solutions.
- Extensive knowledge and enthusiasm for new technology products and solutions, as well as understanding of global trends and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Proficiency in Norwegian and English languages.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and customers.
