
Business Development Manager – Oslo

Job DescriptionAs an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer portfolio and driving business growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
- You will follow up on leads generated from our business developers and external partners;
- You will be responsible for filling your own sales pipeline;
- You will use virtual meetings to introduce prospects to our software;
- Your follow-up actions will guide potential customers through our customer cycle;
- You will build a network of C-level contacts through various events, seminars, and daily interactions with the market;
- You will take the initiative and lead ad-hoc projects supporting the business.
- You hold a Master's degree and have at least two years of relevant experience;
- You possess excellent language skills in English and Norwegian; Swedish language skills are a plus;
- You have strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills to effectively interact with C-level contacts;
- You have a keen sense of business opportunities and can convincingly present your ideas;
- You stay informed about relevant topics in finance, entrepreneurship, and company operations;
- You exhibit self-motivation, learning ability, perseverance, and adaptability;
- You prefer variety and can work independently, setting your own agenda and priorities;
- You thrive in a results-driven environment.
