What You'll Do:
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of customers across various industries, consisting of companies with 300-5000 employees.
  • Lead strategic stakeholders within HR, IT, and other areas to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with customers to build and execute success plans, forecasting outcomes and predicting churn risk.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling software, services packages, and stand-alone services.

We're looking for a highly skilled professional who can drive customer success and advocate for our clients' needs.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience managing customer portfolios.
  • Background in Key Account Management, Account Executive, or Customer Success roles, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented and comfortable working with set targets and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with Scandinavian languages and English.
