We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our sales team at Simployer AS. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- You will independently manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, showcasing our AI-powered HR solutions through engaging demos and driving exciting discussions with clients.
- You will take the initiative to proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social media, building relationships and creating new opportunities for the business.
- You will use your sales expertise to evaluate leads and identify real sales potential, setting up the team for success.
- You will dive deep into our product offerings so you can effectively communicate the unique value of our HR tech solutions to clients.
- You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted strategies that will grow our presence in the Norwegian market.
- You will keep our CRM up to date with the latest sales notes and actions, while also providing valuable feedback to the team to refine our strategies.
- You will stay ahead of the curve by continuously seeking development opportunities in the ever-evolving world of sales and HR tech.
