The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. As an SDR, you'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers through a multi-channel outbound approach. Your primary goal is to book qualified meetings to maintain a full sales pipeline and nurture potential customers through their buyer's journey.

Your tasks will include conducting initial outreach to prospects, ensuring our CRM data remains accurate, and collaborating with marketing to optimize campaigns. If you're passionate about sales and have a talent for engaging potential customers, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Mission
  • Focusing on prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers through a multi-channel outbound approach.
  • Conducting initial outreach to prospects through various channels such as email, phone calls, and social media to generate interest and engage potential customers.
  • Booking qualified outbound meetings with potential clients to ensure a consistently filled sales pipeline.
  • Nurturing and educating potential customers to a buying-ready stage. Acting as a tour guide in their buyer's journey.
  • Ensuring our CRM data remains clean and up-to-date.
  • Providing market insights to help our marketing team optimize their campaigns.
  • Collaborating closely with the Account Executive team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Continuously improving our outbound efforts with the Teamlead SDR.

About YOU

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably with a focus on outbound prospecting.
  • Prior experience in the Tech/SaaS landscape and a genuine passion for sales.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • You're goal-oriented, organized, and efficient.
  • You're confident, ready to take on new challenges.
  • Experience in CRM or Marketing Automation prospecting is a significant plus.
  • You have a strong work ethic and a relentless attitude.
