About the JobWe're seeking a Business Development Professional with a focus on B2B sales in the Nordic market. This exciting role involves coordinating and executing Nordic B2B-led partner marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams and suppliers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing digital sales strategies for B2B, aligned with overall strategic priorities and category plans.
- Collaborating with the E-com team and B2B e-com team per country to identify commercial opportunities and drive their successful implementation.
To excel in this position, you'll possess:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field; relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal qualifications.
- More than 3 years' experience with partner marketing or e-commerce/digital sales (practice or management within marketing or digital sales).
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop sales & marketing plans that align with business goals.
- Innovation and creativity in proposing new ideas and approaches to problems.
- Reliability in delivering on agreed objectives and expectations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
