
Business Relationship Manager

CatalystOne Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Business Relationship Manager to join our Customer Success Team in Oslo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and developing strategies to drive business growth.
About the Role:The successful candidate will have 3-5 years' experience owning a portfolio of customers and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and developing success plans to meet their needs.
Main Responsibilities:- Build long-term relationships with customers to understand their needs and develop strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling software, recurring services packages, and stand-alone services.
- Develop and execute success plans in collaboration with customers, including forecasting and predicting customer needs.
- Assess and report churn risk for all customers.
- Engage internal experts to meet customer needs and provide seamless support.
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement to increase satisfaction and willingness to participate in activities.
- 3-5 years' experience owning a portfolio of customers.
- Experience working as a KAM, Account Executive, or Customer Success Manager, ideally within a SaaS company.
- Commercial experience and business acumen.
- Results-oriented and comfortable working to set KPIs and targets.
- Negotiation skills and great communication and collaboration skills internally and externally.
- Fluent in a Scandinavian language and English.
