About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and ambitious sales professional to join our team as a Partnerships Sales Manager in Oslo, Norway. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our global workspace solutions network.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new business partnerships across Norway, with a focus on delivering at least 10 new partner locations every year.
- Generate awareness and visibility of our partnership proposition in the market by building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Source and convert prospective partners through a range of business development activities, including networking, local canvassing, and cold-calling.
- Sell our range of partnership solutions to all prospects, converting interest into commercial negotiations and securing board approval for new partnership deals.
What We're Looking For:
- A sales and/or B2B business development background, with a proven track record of sourcing and delivering deals quickly and efficiently.
- A self-starter with a can-do mindset, able to work independently and think creatively to overcome obstacles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present a compelling narrative to a wide variety of audiences.
- Able to work under pressure and think independently to create interest in a proposition.
