Job Description

\

As an Enterprise Key Account Manager at Wolt, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key restaurant partners. Your primary goal will be to identify growth opportunities and provide the necessary tools and support to help them thrive on our platform.

Responsibilities

\

  1. \
  2. Develop and foster partner relationships with your portfolio of key restaurant accounts.\
  3. Conduct quarterly Business Reviews with partners to review performance and develop forward-looking strategies.\
  4. Identify and prioritize the needs and wants of merchants, working to co-create solutions that drive business outcomes.\
  5. Strategically introduce and execute on new Wolt product opportunities and adoption to broaden partnerships and increase partner revenue streams.\
  6. Drive revenue growth of Wolt and restaurant partners in your portfolio by improving venue performance operationally and commercially through a data-based approach.\
  7. Drive forward operational improvements with your partners to ensure that we are delivering the best experience for Wolt customers.\
  8. Renegotiate terms and conditions with restaurant partners.\
  9. Act as a key communicator between our regional and global operations, support, marketing, and restaurant partners.
