Key Account Manager for Nordic Industrial Distributors

Commercial Development of Nordic Key Accounts within Distribution

Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales and manage profitability of Key Accounts, with a key focus on commercializing the business in close cooperation with key stakeholders
  • Implement the European segment strategy at Key Partners
  • Plan, agree, and follow through on the annual action plan with Key Partners
  • Lead the strategic development of the Key Accounts by setting sales, growth, and profitability targets together with the Sales Manager
  • Identify new opportunities, manage, and implement projects and sales pipeline

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of sales and/or marketing background (preferably experience working with distributors)
  • Expert negotiator, looking to find the best solution for the involved parties
  • Strong digital mindset and capabilities (inc. Office applications)
  • Naturally open-minded and takes an agile approach
  • Self-motivated as your work base will be from home
  • Excellent language and presentation skills in Norwegian and/or Swedish and English
  • Ready to travel for up to 50 days a year
