Nordic Business Development Leader

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong track record of commercial development and a proven ability to drive sales growth and profitability. You will be responsible for developing our Key Partners in the Industrial Distribution segment and working closely with our Nordic Sales Manager, the Nordic Sales Team, and our European colleagues to support the success of the KAM role.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and manage profitability of Key Accounts
  • Lead the strategic development of the Key Accounts by setting sales, growth, and profitability targets
  • Identify new opportunities, manage, and implement projects and sales pipeline

Requirements:

  • Deeply developed understanding of how to utilize marketing as a tool, to grow the presence with our partners and make our high-quality products available in the right channels and platforms
  • Able to interchange between the strategic approach and the operational implementation
  • Agile mindset and expert communication skills to ensure our partners get the highest level of attention, support, and push when needed
  • Strong digital mindset and capabilities (inc. Office applications)
