Join Our Sales Team
We're seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic Mowi Team in Germany, contributing to the success of our sales entity.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies independently
- Creating targeted market and customer plans to achieve sales goals
- Pricing and tendering processes management
- Monitoring competitors, market conditions, economic changes, or industry shifts affecting customer performance and operational efficiency
- Preparing sales reports, data analysis, and tracking KPIs to ensure price performance per customer
- Pursuing new business opportunities and maintaining a growth-oriented pipeline
- Sales of products and introducing innovative ideas to customers
- Organizing customer workshops and participating in trade fairs
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager in the seafood industry
- Background in salmon raw material trade
- Proficiency in English and German languages
- Customer-focused working style
- Effective communication skills
- Willingsness to travel
- Interest in understanding consumer and customer trends
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to changing demands, priorities, and challenges while driving results
