Job Opportunity at Mowi Germany

We seek a highly motivated individual to join our Mowi Team at our sales entity in Germany.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies autonomously
  2. Create market and customer plans to meet sales targets
  3. Pricing and tendering processes
  4. Monitor competitors, market trends, and industry changes impacting customer performance and operational efficiency
  5. Sales reporting, data analysis, and KPI tracking to ensure price performance per customer
  6. Prospecting new customers and maintaining a business growth pipeline
  7. Sales of products and offering innovative ideas to customers
  8. Customer workshops and trade fair participation

Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager in the seafood industry
  2. Experience in salmon raw material trade
  3. Fluent knowledge of English and German languages
  4. Customer-centric approach to work
  5. Strong communication skills
  6. Willingness to travel
  7. Curiosity about consumers and customers' latest trends
  8. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  9. Results-driven with adaptability to new demands, priorities, and challenges
