Description
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Commercial Representative. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and development in the assigned region, building strong relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders, and managing sales and negotiations with hospital departments and procurement organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Medtronic's product and service portfolios.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to co-define plans and promotion activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare personnel and non-clinical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Prior sales experience in healthcare or device sales.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English (verbal and written).
