Essity is committed to improving lives through innovative solutions and sustainable practices. We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Analytics Manager to lead our Net Revenue Management (NRM) analytics journey in Consumer Goods EMEA.

This exciting role demands confidence in building analytical solutions, strong understanding of data-driven business challenges, and a desire to drive organisational change through the adoption of new tools and processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the NRM analytics roadmap for Consumer Goods EMEA, prioritising opportunities for upscaled analytics and delivering timelines.
  • Build new analytical solutions independently and collaboratively with internal and external experts.
  • Partner with regional teams to ensure successful adoption of Essity's NRM analytical solutions.
  • Define value-adding trends and performance measurement reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Turn data into actionable insight through project work, reporting, and the annual business planning cycle.
  • Stay at the forefront of best-in-class data and analytics for NRM by keeping up-to-date with industry developments and bringing external expertise into Essity's way of working.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience within FMCG in analytical, financial, or commercial roles.
  • Direct experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Net Revenue Management (NRM), Commercial Strategy, or Market Strategy & Planning will be beneficial.
  • Exceptional Excel skills, with Power BI and Tableau experience beneficial.
  • Good understanding of key NRM concepts, including Brand Portfolio Pricing, Price Pack Architecture (PPA), Mix Management, Promotion Strategy, and Trade Investment.
  • Ability to synthesise large, diverse, and complex data sources into simple descriptions, predictions, and recommendations.
  • Experience working with insight agencies such as NIQ and Buynomics.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage projects involving internal and external stakeholders.
