Job Description:
This role sits within the Norwegian Corporate Banking team, providing critical support to the wider team and client relationships. Key responsibilities include developing relationships with clients' head office teams and key subsidiaries, producing high-quality presentations to support marketing efforts, maintaining regular dialogue with product partners, and interacting with Citi's global network to ensure coordinated activities and origination work streams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assimilate new information quickly and relate it to client needs.
  • Excellent organizational skills, managing demands from multiple sources and working under tight deadlines while remaining attentive to details.
  • Proactive approach, identifying situations that could result in new business and developing recommendations tailored to client needs.
  • Independent thinking, taking initiative to follow issues through and exercising judgment when seeking assistance.

About This Role:
This 'Controlled Function' role requires attention to risk assessment and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound ethical judgment, balancing client requirements and Citi's priorities. A university degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and language skills, including English and fluency in a Nordic language.
