About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Engineer to lead our Pre-Sales efforts, focusing on delivering high-impact customer engagements and driving strategic improvements.

This role involves collaborating closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and sales goals, as well as providing technical expertise and support during customer interactions.

You will be responsible for engaging directly with customers to understand their business challenges and objectives, creating tailored solutions to address their needs, and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and industry trends.

The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience, strong collaboration skills, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and sales goals.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during customer interactions.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their business challenges and objectives.
  • Create tailored solutions to address customer needs.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in Pre-Sales roles within SaaS or tech companies.
  • Previous leadership experience or project leadership.
  • Proactive and execution-driven mindset.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales and pre-sales processes.
  • Exceptional consultative selling and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
