Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Norway. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and developing strong, long-term partnerships with new location partners for our package boxes. You will report to the Expansion Manager (Package Box) in Norway and be based at our office in Oslo.
Key Responsibilities- Sell and negotiate agreements for the placement of Instabox package boxes with new location partners, from small shops to large property companies and retail chains.
- Drive the sales process from start to finish – from prospecting and visiting locations to signing agreements.
- Monitor KPIs for your customers and continuously evaluate measures to improve performance at various locations.
- Contribute insights to other departments to support growth in Norway.
- A highly driven and creative person who wants to be part of one of the most exciting growth stories in Norway.
- Strong engagement in making deals, creating results, and building relationships through strategic sales work.
- Exceptional communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Up to three years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a documented success history.
- Driver's license (class B).
- Travel activity to all our operational areas is expected.
