Your Role in Our Company

As the Sales Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for leading the wholesale revenue growth in EMEA, ensuring all sales goals are met on time and within budget. You will lead a team of sales representatives across Nordics and the UK, developing a deep understanding of each region, market, and city to fine-tune strategies.

About Our Team

The EMEA Commercial team is accountable for delivering sales through various regional channels. We work together to evolve our approach with creativity and teamwork, resulting in a seamless Arc'teryx experience in store.

The position is based in Oslo and requires frequent travel across Nordics and the UK. Candidates must be eligible to work in Norway.
