About Active Brands AS

We are a leading provider of premium sports apparel, specializing in cross-country skiing, training, and running. Our brand portfolio includes Dæhlie Sportswear and Johaug, two iconic Norwegian brands known for their high-quality products and modern design.

Your Role:

As our Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our global market share, and developing a sales strategy that aligns with our company's long-term vision. You will work closely with our General Manager for Johaug & Dæhlie to achieve our goals.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet our revenue targets and expand our customer base
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Leverage your leadership skills to coach and motivate sales teams in Norway, Sweden, Finland, France, Germany, and North America

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
  • Extensive experience in the sports industry, preferably in sales or marketing roles
  • Strong knowledge of the outdoor and fashion markets, including trends and consumer behavior
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English
  • Able to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results
