Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager - Retail

Wolt is a Finnish technology company that has revolutionized the food delivery platform. We are now expanding our platform beyond food delivery into retail categories such as grocery, cosmetics, flowers, toys, electronics, books, and more.

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team in Norway. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance key account assortments, drive growth and profitability through effective category management and store expansions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to drive business development and enhance partner visibility.
  • Pitch and execute innovative campaigns to drive account growth and strengthen partnerships.
  • Ensure optimal in-store processes and quality standards while working closely with account partners to implement growth initiatives and facilitate ongoing improvements.
  • Leverage market knowledge and data analytics to inform strategies, make informed decisions, and enhance account performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through proactive communication and exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in Key Account Management and/or Business Development with a strong commercial mindset driving growth and profitability.
  • Strategic mindset and business acumen with expertise in building and presenting data-driven business cases.
  • Industry knowledge of the Norwegian retail landscape with experience in e-commerce or FMCG sectors.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with experience in translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Structured communication and storytelling skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Negotiation and partnership development skills with the ability to negotiate favorable terms and build strong, lasting partnerships.
  • Project management skills with the ability to plan, lead, and implement improvements and growth projects effectively.
