We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the South-Eastern Norway region.

About the Job

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with customers and suppliers, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our business presence in the South-Eastern Norway region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and local partners, fostering a network of contacts and collaborations.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and overall business performance to the corporate headquarters, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales and market development within the stainless steel and nickel alloys industry.
  • Experience working in the Oslo market, with a strong understanding of local customer needs and preferences.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and networking skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong work ethic, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving business growth and development.
