Sales and Partnership Growth Specialist

At Axis Communications, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales and Partnership Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your territory by establishing and maintaining relationships with current and new partners. Your key focus areas will include developing opportunities with partners, educating them on Axis products and services, and encouraging them to enroll in our partner programs.

As a key member of our Nordic team, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for visiting and participating in key fairs, exhibitions, and partners' events to meet partners, develop opportunities, and enhance our market presence in your territory.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners. You should also be fluent in Norwegian and English, have a good understanding of technology, preferably IP Technology, and be curious about learning more.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing opportunities with partners based on Axis or Axis development partner's solutions.
  • Encouraging companies to enroll in Axis partner programs and drive the growth of active partners.
  • Maintaining profitable relationships with resellers, IT and Security integrators, and channel distributors.
  • Driving sales growth in your specific territory together with your country team.
