At Siemens Smart Infrastructure, we are committed to shaping the future of electrification and automation. We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Leader to join our Norwegian Sales organization and play a key role in driving business growth and transformation in the Electrification and Automation market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and seizing business opportunities with existing customers while attracting new ones in the energy supply, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. They will also enhance and execute the go-to-market and sales strategy, considering both commercial and technical aspects, to expand the business and increase profitability.
- Sales Management: Manage external partnerships and foster ecosystems to drive business growth.
- Leadership: Build a diverse, inclusive, and agile team capable of thriving in a fast-changing environment.
- Cross Collaboration: Collaborate effectively across borders and functions to achieve business objectives and ensure synergies cross businesses.
We are looking for a professional with documented results from successfully leading a sales organization, preferably within products, solution, service, and software, with a solid understanding of partner and/or channel sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successful change management and leading transformative initiatives.
